Patient Information | Fatima University Medical Center

The Standard of Fatima Care

Here at FUMC, the patients and their loved ones are at the focus of our care. We provide not only high-quality treatment but also compassionate service to further aid in their recovery.
The whole FUMC staff strives to ensure a positive patient experience. Aside from applying the expertise of our medical professionals, we also encourage patients to be involved in planning and deciding about their care. This creates a special dynamic between us and our patients as we work towards achieving the best health outcomes.

Keeping Patients Safe & Comfortable

You are our top priority at FUMC. Here are some of what we offer to ensure that you have the safest and most comfortable experience possible as we handle your care.

You can expect to be kept up-to-date about your condition and treatment. Our staff will involve you in the clinical handovers between the specialists handling your care so that you know what is happening and how your needs are being met.

We also encourage that you inform our staff if you feel that something is not quite right; sometimes, little things are noticed faster by you yourself or your loved ones before they are observable to the staff. In such cases, please do let the staff know. We like to be aligned with you in order to improve our level of care and help you better.

Before performing any major procedures, we will seek agreement to proceed from you or your next of kin. We will also ensure that you are well and truly informed of the situation before making any decision.

Clean environment

Cleanliness and proper hygiene are important anywhere, but especially so in medical settings. Here at FUMC, we abide by strict cleanliness standards to ensure the safety of everyone, from the patients to the hospital personnel.

High-quality care

Our trained medical professionals are highly qualified to provide you with the care you need. Aside from our skilled staff, we also have our competitive edge: state-of-the-art machines and equipment, utilized effectively for your wellness. Here at FUMC, we don’t cut corners; we invest in the best technologies because the best is what you deserve.
